About Andi Narti Amri
Andi Narti Amri is Managing Director of RegenByte and is accountable for the operational side of every engagement. Where the technical direction decides what gets built, this role governs how it actually gets delivered: how work is resourced, how timelines are set, and whether what was agreed is what arrives.
That makes this the point of contact once a project is underway, and the person who raises a slipped date early, while there is still room to do something about it, rather than late when the only thing left to offer is an apology.
The same standard applies before a project starts. An estimate given without a scope is a guess presented as a commitment, so the operational answer is to establish what the work actually involves before anyone commits to a date.
What this covers.
Areas of work, not self-assessed proficiency. If you need depth in one of these on a specific project, ask and you will get a straight answer about fit.
- Delivery and project management
- Engagement resourcing and scheduling
- Client relationship management
- Operations and working practice
- Scope and timeline governance
