About Fahad Faisal

Fahad Faisal founded RegenByte to do two things in one team that the market usually sells separately: build websites and software properly, and test the security of what gets built. Splitting those across two suppliers is where intent and accountability get lost, and it is the gap most of the company's work exists to close.

As Chief Executive he sets the technical direction of the company and is accountable for how engagements are scoped, how work is delivered, and for the written authorisation that has to be in place before any security testing begins. That last point is not a formality. No RegenByte assessment starts without documented permission from someone entitled to give it, and he owns that rule.

In practice this means he is involved before a proposal exists: establishing what a client is actually trying to achieve, what already exists, and what the real constraints are, then saying plainly when a rebuild is the honest answer and when it is not.

Accountability

What Fahad is responsible for.

  • Technical direction

Decides how systems are architected and which trade-offs the company is willing to make, and documents the reasoning so it survives the people who made it.

  • Scope and delivery

Accountable for how engagements are scoped and how the work is delivered, including saying when a proposed approach will not hold.

  • Testing authorisation

Owns the rule that no security testing begins without written permission from someone entitled to grant it.

Areas of work

What this covers.

Areas of work, not self-assessed proficiency. If you need depth in one of these on a specific project, ask and you will get a straight answer about fit.

  • Technical direction and architecture
  • Engagement scoping and estimation
  • Website and web application development
  • Cybersecurity assessment and penetration testing
  • Secure software delivery
  • Client technical consultation
